Warframe Item Upgrader
A player can upgrade their equippable items by interacting with upgrader NPCs. Each upgrade boosts the stats of an item, and certain upgrades grant additional stats, too.
The stats get better with each level and reach their maximum at level 6. In some instances upgraded items may get a bonus that increases its value in comparison to the previous version.
Recycled items
A lot of the things we use on a daily basis such as glass, paper aluminum, plastics, and paper can be recycled. Some of these materials are recycled into brand new products, such as shoes and clothing, whereas others are reused for construction materials such as concrete and steel. This helps to reduce the amount of waste that we produce and also reduces energy costs.
It is essential to know what items can and cannot be recycled prior to putting them in your recycling bin. This will prevent contaminating your recyclables and making it harder for the recycler to sort them. This information will allow you to recycle more, and it will also allow you to make better choices when purchasing new items.
Paper, cardboard and paperboard are all recyclable, as well as glass bottles and Jars (as long as they are clean) and aluminum cans. Metals like tin steel, aluminum, and other metals can be recycled. Plastics like containers for ice cream, soda cans and some plastic bags are recyclable. Textiles such as clothing and shoes are recyclable but they're not as common as other items.

Tin foil, window panes, and wire hangers are all things that you shouldn't put in your recycling bin. These items aren't accepted by curbside recycling programs and should be taken to a location or event that accepts household hazardous waste. You should not recycle pesticides, paint, construction materials or fertilizer in their original containers. They can be hazardous to the environment and to human health.
If you are using the item upgrader, you can change enchantments and equipment to different versions. The appearance of the items will change however it won't alter the functionality of the items. This tool can also be used to upgrade weapons and armor made from crafted. The upgrader won't upgrade a weapon that has been upgraded even if the weapon already has an upgrade. This is because the glimmer from the enchantment will be obscured by the upgrade texture.
Extra stats
There are a number of extra stats that can be applied to items when they are upgraded. Certain stats can increase the level of the item, while others are added to the base stats of the item. These additional stats are extremely useful, especially for items which require a high level of dexterity or strength levels for use. For instance a sword of level 20 might have a base attack of 40, but the weapon might be boosted by a number of different upgrades that increase the power of its attack by an additional amount.

From here, you'll be able to select the items and enchantments you wish to upgrade and then click the "Upgrade" option. This will show a list of available upgrades and the price associated with each. Each upgrade is only able to be attempted many times before it fails.
Some upgrades require a specific element to be present. Other upgrades, for instance the ability to add additional potion slots to equipment, will be available even if you don't have items that have the required properties.
Certain upgrades require a specific component to be used. For instance, a diamond is required to upgrade a headgear. The item upgrader will warn the player if it cannot fulfill a requirement. However the player has the option to accept the upgrade. This is an excellent way to make sure that the upgrades you make are beneficial for your character.
Rerolling

It is important to keep in mind that the new stats will not keep the original bonus. The rerolled item will also lose its level and any resources that are used to upgrade it are wasted.
The upgrades available to players are displayed in a box-shaped window. The window displays the upgrades that the character has received, sorted by rarity. The EZ Upgrader assists players in finding the cheapest cash upgrade quickly and easily. It costs 1 Angel Investors, and it does not offer any game benefits. However, it is an easy tool to see upgrade options.
To activate the EZ Upgrader, the user must select "Interact" when interacting with dice outside the Restaurant during Preparation Mode. Afterwards, the EZ Upgrader will produce blueprints for Appliances or Ingredients. Appliances with neon blue borders have a zero percent chance of being found in the shop or on rerolls, while staple appliances such as the Danger Hob and Power Sink will not be produced. To increase the variety of upgrade options available, players can prepare multiple Blueprint Cabinets and Copying Desks on a single day. This will allow players to add more blueprints into the list of items the item upgrader creates and will allow them to increase the number of rerolls. However, preparing multiple cabinets and duplicates of the same blueprint can create a delay in the production.
Set bonus
A set bonus is a second stat boost for a set of mods. The set bonus increases in strength dependent on the number of set mods that are equipped, excluding duplicates (e.g. Warframe melee and primary mod both have the Vigilante Set's "Enhance Critical Hits" bonus, but it will only count as one). A set bonus can't be improved by normal fusion.
Some sets offer different options. The first set offers an initial bonus, while the others are depending on the number of items you wear beyond the basic amount. Fables of the Feywild, for instance, offers the bonus set with two items equipped with a higher bonus for wearing more.
